The MK18 AR15 style Pistol is inspired by the original MK18, which has been extremely popular within the Law Enforcement and Special Operations communities. This firearm is classified as a Pistol and not a Short Barreled Rifle (NFA regulated items require ATF approval and a tax stamp). The MK18 Pistol features the picatinny quad rail Daniel Defense currently provides to USSOCOM and a 10.3 inch Cold Hammer Forged Barrel, the same length commonly used for CQB operations. The MK18 RISII features our patented 6-bolt Bolt-Up System and has been rigorously tested prior to fielding by USSOCOM. This pistol comes equipped with the SB Tactical SBA3 Pistol Stabilizing Brace with 5 positions of adjustability and integral, ambidextrous QD swivel attachment point. The independently ambi GRIP-N-RIP Charging Handle accommodates left- and right-handed shooters. This pistol comes equipped with the ergonomic Daniel Defense Pistol Grip with an integral trigger guard and soft touch overmolding.

- Just Buy ItFantastic weapon, 100% solid and runs like a Swiss watch, suppressed and unsuppressed. I got the SBR tax stamp for mine so I can run it with a standard stock, and also purchased a 14.5" DD M4A1 upper to swap out for different applications. I couldn't be more thrilled with the package.

- Very nice pistol!!!I bought my MK18 through another vendor. I am very pleased with it. I did change out the trigger, safety, and I added an ambi magazine release. I also put the dark brown pistol grip on it to match the rail. I added an EOTECH and the DD fixed iron sights. It is a great shooting pistol! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an AR pistol. DD makes some of the best ARMS in the business!!!

- Ddmk18I have owned every quality ar15 and the DDMK18 is my favorite and one of the most accurate, flat shooting guns I have ever owned and it’s great for any situation you may find yourself in. It’s my favorite gun hands down. If you are questioning buying the ddmk18 just do it and you won’t regret it!!!! You for sure get what you pay for and when my life is on he line, I would grab the ddmk18!!!

- Great Pistol and PlatformPurchased for training courses I just started teaching. Solid package, and I love the RIS handguard. Beefy and still light overall. It is an overgassed gas port so it can run 55/62gr with less issues, but you start putting 77gr into it and its recoil gets a little bite.

- First DD, purchasePurchased my first DD firearm today 04/07/2022 from 2nd Amendment Sports in McHenry, IL. Did my homework, compared to all other brand and I kept coming back to DD. Yes DD are pricey but you can tell the quality of this firearm and no detail was left out. Looking forward to shooting this firearm. Very happy with purchase. Next big purchase is an M4A1.
