Daniel Defense Expands DD5 Rifle Line

Daniel Defense has expanded its DD5 rifle line with the introduction of two new calibers and additional barrel lengths.

Designed for increased accuracy and reliability, the new and improved DD5 lineup builds upon the foundation Daniel Defense has established in the large-caliber AR space.

These highly accurate and durable rifles include a two-position adjustable gas block that allows for a consistent and steady gas flow whether shooting suppressed or unsuppressed. A perfected DLC-coated bolt carrier group reduces overall recoil impulse and is easy to maintain and operate in all conditions. Built around a Cold Hammer Forged barrel, the DD5 features an innovative 4-Bolt Connection System that dramatically increases the connection surface area between the barrel and upper receiver for increased stability and accuracy traditionally only found in high-end bolt action rifles. The new DD5 platform also includes upgraded ambidextrous controls such as a bolt catch, magazine release, safety selector, furniture, and an all-new GRIP-N-RIP charging handle with anti-gas features for a better shooting experience.

The full product line consists of the DD5V3 (7.62mm/ 16” barrel), DD5V4 (7.62mm, 6.5 Creedmoor/ 18” barrel), DD5V5 (6.5 Creedmoor, .260 Remington/ 20” barrel)- setting a new benchmark in performance for large caliber AR rifles. MSRP for the DD5 is $2499.00 and is shipping to dealers now.
