The MK18 RIII™ AR15 style Upper Receiver Group is unmatched in size, weight, and performance, and is built around a 10.3 inch Cold Hammer Forged M4 Profile barrel with a Daniel Defense Flash Suppressor, a GRIP-N-RIP Charging Handle, and our carbine length gas system. It features a 9.5 inch lightweight RIS III rail—modeled after the revolutionary RIS II two-piece handguard developed for SOCOM— which features M-LOK attachment for lighter weight. All Daniel Defense complete upper receiver groups come standard with an M16 profile bolt carrier group.

- Great product, great company!It goes without saying that the product that Daniel Defense produces is top tier. Fantastic fit and finish and built to last a lifetime, with a warranty that extends a lifetime. Mine arrived with the incorrect muzzle device and the end of the barrel and Daniel defense didn’t hesitate correcting the problem and even expedited the shipping. Can’t say enough great things about this company. Only ARs I will buy. Once you shoot DD the rest just feels inferior.

- Great rail, wierd colorJust bought a new MK18 SBR since DD dont sell pistol version like everyone else so I cant have it til basically next year. This FDE color matches nothing, nor does DD sell anything to match it. I dont know why they go with this color, but I didnt have a choice.
