Details
This highly maneuverable pistol pairs a 10.3” barrel and the MFR 9.0 rail for fast handling, accuracy, and reliability while also providing compatibility with a wide variety of muzzle devices and sound suppressors for even more customization. A variation of the DDM4V7 S, this firearm is classified as a pistol, not a short-barreled rifle, so it does not require ATF approval and a tax stamp. The Daniel Defense DDM4V7 P features M-LOK attachment technology and comes equipped with the SB Tactical SBA3 Pistol Stabilizing Brace with 5 positions of adjustability and integral, ambidextrous QD swivel attachment point. The new independently ambi GRIP-N-RIP Charging Handle accommodates left- and right-handed shooters and is engineered for suppressed fire, with anti-gas features that redirect gas flow upward and away from the face and operator.

AwesomeI never really saw myself sticking to one brand when it comes to rifles but when I got my DDM4A1 I knew I had to get a AR pistol from DD. They did not disappoint when it came to the D7p. I already put a couple hundred rounds through it and it’s just a ton of fun to shoot. Definitely sticking with Daniel Defense.

Amazing pistolI recently picked up my V7P in black and it’s been a dream so far. I immediately threw on a mp handstop, a reflex and BUIS, and my sling. Sadly I’ve only been able to put a couple hundred rounds through it because it’s been a nightmare trying to find ammo, but my groups are tight and the feel of the gun is phenomenal. Strongly recommended to anyone who wants to build a strong CQB AR pistol

My 2nd DD ProductHaving owned a DDM4V1 for over 6 years, I was ready to upgrade and change to a smaller rig for home defense purposes primarily. I considered the MK18 but was intrigued by the MLOK MFR that the V7P brings and ultimately, it led me to my decision. The evolution of DD’s products from what I was used to with a first-gen DDM4 is remarkable. Equipped with the ambidextrous safety, and charging handle, I was very impressed on how they felt and ran smoothly.
So far, I’ve put about 500 rounds through my V7P and have had no malfunctions or issues whatsoever. This comes to no surprise as I ran my M4V1 for years with low quality ammunition at times, and never experienced one single issue. Bottom line, I’m excited with this pistol and I am glad I stuck to my guns and went for another DD product. The quality and durability of their products is unquestionably superior to many other manufacturers in the industry whom sell at similar (or even higher) price points! #DDforlife!Posted on

New "go to" weaponJust bought this 3 weeks ago. I finally got it to the range and this gun does not disappoint. Sure, it's a tad pricy, but it's quality and craftsmanship you're paying for. I did swap the trigger out for a lighter RA-535, but that's just my preference. I'm looking forward to buying a full sized riffle next.

My first DD weaponI had been researching high and low for the perfect first weapon and ended up deciding on a DDM4v7P Mil-Spec. This has been, by far, one of the best decisions I've made. The whole purchasing process was smooth, transfer to my local dealer was hassle-free and I was kept informed by DD at every step of the process.
The product is second to none. I spent a couple hours at the range trying it out and love the power, the ease of use, and the rifle was trouble free the whole time.
I am now shopping for a PDW and as soon as I can get a whole of one, I will be purchasing that too.Posted on

Incredible product and customer serviceGot the M4V7P about 6 months ago. It’s my third DD rifle. Incredible product. I’m never disappointed with what they put out. Always amazed. Their quality control is top notch and their customer service is no joke unbeatable. Even besides the gun Industry they have the best CS I’ve ever dealt with. Ever. Highly recommend you purchase from them.

My New Go-To Weapon SystemAfter only a week with the DDM4 V7P, I will never consider another AR pistol for 5.56 NATO. Ran 1000 rounds with no oil flawlessly. Topped with Vortex Razor UH-1 and Streamlight TLR-1 HL, this weapon system will be my go to for just about every situation I may find myself in. As soon as my Law Tactical Folding Adapter and DD fixed iron sights come in, my dream rifle will be complete!

It is what it is... Awesome!I always wanted a MK18 but my beautiful and wonderful Wife didn’t think I should get another AR-style rifle. I tried to explain that my DDM4V5 was great but I wanted an AR pistol. She said the MK18 was too expensive so I ended up building a clone from PSA/BCA/DD(David Defense) parts. One month later, I see this AR pistol on Gun Broker for $900, so I bid for a max of $1,000 with the permission of my better half. Somehow I got it! I replaced the trigger with a Gisselle, smacked my Eotech XPS on it and now I am a happy camper. :) If you have a Daniel Defense long rifle, just get this pistol version. You know you want to?!?! :]
