The Daniel Defense DDM4 Armorer Course is a 2-day training evolution specifically focused on the Daniel Defense DDM4 Platform. In this class we will cover a variety of topics which include parts nomenclature, field stripping, cleaning & lubrication, function test procedures, cycle of operation, malfunction diagnosis, parts replacement intervals, proper workstation set up, and complete disassembly & reassembly of a DDM4 Carbine.
This course is held at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Black Creek, GA. It will begin with a complete factory tour, which will conclude in our 1,300 sq/ft Armorer Training Room. Each student will be provided with their own armorers manual, work station, a rifle, and all of the necessary gunsmithing tools to complete the course. All you need to bring is a pen and a notepad! The course will conclude with a practical exercise to test the competency of each student.
At the conclusion of the course, each student will be presented with a DDM4 Armorer Certificate, which will remain valid for 5 years.
Prequalifications – Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, a US Citizen, and able to legally possess and handle a firearm.

- Excellent!Fantastic course! The classroom was very well equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need from tools, to parts, to an amazing armory of every M4 variant DD manufactures. The course curriculum was well structured and the materials provided to each student will prove to be invaluable for future use. I've taken 2 other M4 courses from another manufacturer and school and I can say with absolute confidence that this was the best one I've ever attended. Chris was knowledgable, attentive, and professional. I'd recommend this course for the beginner armorer to the experienced gunsmith. - Armorers CourseI attended the two day armorers course and it was fantastic. Very thorough and Chris covered the workings of the entire rifle. I came in to the course only knowing how to field strip, and after completion, I'm comfortable with disassembling the entire rifle. Hands down the best armorers course that I have attended and I recommend this to anyone that has a chance to take it. The literature that was provided is very detailed and will only help with the disassembly and assembly of the rifles. And it was said more than once, don't hesitate to call if we have problems. Daniel Defense for the win! Stay safe.

- Outstanding, worth every penny!If you want serious Armorer Training and not just an assembly class this is the course for you. This is a course that teaches you how to break down, assemble and most importantly how to troubleshoot. Joe is extremely knowledgeable, professional and his course will keep you engaged the entire time you are there. The factory tour is an added bonus, everyone I met was friendly and very professional. I have attended multiple Armorers Course and Firearms training and this course is top of the list by far. Great product and great people that valued my time by providing a very solid course. Money well spent!!!

- Outstanding Class!I highly recommend this class. It is well structured for the beginner to advanced. Not only did we learn all the parts of the gun, how to take them apart and reassemble them, but we also learned how they operate and function so when we trouble shoot we know where to start and what to look for. It is very obvious that Joe knows what he is talking about, and more importantly wants his students to know and understand. His detailed armorer's manual and other handout materials are excellent tools for future reference.

- BEST M4 CLASS IN MY CAREERThis class is hands down the best weapons class I have ever attend. I have been in the USAF for 7 years, attended various weapons schools/shooting schools. The instructor Joe will rock your world! He is on his game when it comes to AR-15 platforms, but here’s the big kicker, he can break it down to your 12 year old daughter if he needed to. Dump your pockets out and every penny will be earned back with Joe! 5-stars, Grade A, whatever you need to hear to know this is the best M4 class in two days! Thanks Joe!!!!

- There’s a reason for 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The facility is impeccable, so well organized, thought out, sensible and very much so like a functional museum. (Basically that means I thought it was beautiful) Joe was the best instructor ever...and I haven’t forgotten that I owe him a Diet Coke and never will. The class is amazing and actually I can’t wait until my certification expires so that I can take it again.

- Awesome class and great instructorI took the class in April of 2019. The class was great Joe went into great detail about the rifle platform. Joe is very knowledgeable on all areas of the company. He went over all the parts and required tools. The armorers Manuel is very easy to follow.
Joe gave us a tour of the manufacturing facility and showed us all the areas where the rifles and parts are made. We met a lot of employees and was able to eat lunch with them. All the employees were very nice to talk to, and very proud of their products. The employees had a very strong family vibe. I was able to see the behind the scenes side of the company and was very impressed. I would highly recommend their rifles, accessories and courses.

- Phenomenal class and instructor!From the armorer’s manual, to fully understanding the cycle of operation, to malfunction diagnosis (and everything in between), this class was simply outstanding! Joe is a great instructor and knows these rifles inside and out. He made the class a lot of fun too. The size of the class is perfect as well. You get a lot of 1:1 time if needed.
Having the correct tools is one thing, but knowing how to use them efficiently and effectively is something else. In having worked on rifles with hacks learned from the internet, it was good to learn the proper way to disassemble, reassemble and troubleshoot this platform. Highly recommend!Posted on
